Go to www.40fyme.org.au and click on “Login Form”. At bottom of the box is a question: Forgotten your password?
Click on this and the system will then ask for your email address and use this to email you a new password. Use this password to login. You may then change your password by clicking on “Member Maintenance” in the left column.

Will I receive an order notification and a shipment notification via email?

Do you take credit cards?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Any transactions you make are fully guaranteed and insured, and since all the credit information you give us is transmitted by secured and encrypted lines, you don't have to worry about any unauthorised access to your account.
Is it safe to use my credit cards to purchase vitamins online?

We do not capture your credit card details and store on our site. We pass all credit card processing to either Paypal or eWAY for processing. eWAY is a major payment gateway corporation that interfaces with our bank when processing your card payment.

40fyME® has a commitment to privacy for its members. We use several different order and question forms to gather information on our web site. All replies are transmitted over secure lines that cannot be accessed or read by anyone else on the Internet. All information is encrypted and insured. Can I pay for my membership subscription with a cheque?
Certainly. You can pay by cheque or money order. Select the Subscribe option at the top right of the screen. This will provide an option to pay by cheque. We will send you a Member Registration form as an email attachment, so ensure that you have entered your email correctly. Please fill in that form with your details and return that to us, together with a cheque or money order and we will process your membership as soon as the funds are cleared, and your annual supply of Vitamin D3 will be shipped to you.
Can I pay for shopping cart purchases with a cheque?
Unfortunately we cannot process cheques at this time for our shopping cart. We are working on this and will email our members when the solution is available.
Why do I not see any options for shipping?
All our shopping cart products have prices that include shipping by registered airmail. Most of our products have volume discounts that reflect the savings in regard to shipping multiple items.
How much will the shipping cost?
All prices in our shopping cart include free delivery to your residential address by registered airmail.
