Shipping Disclaimer:

Membership of 40FYME Limited includes shipment of an annual supply of Vitamin D3 which incorporates free delivery. This supply is arranged by our distributer: 40FYME INTERNATIONAL Ltd (Hong Kong). Members of 40FYME Ltd may also make further purchases from our shopping cart. These supplies are shipped using the members’ personal importation scheme for complementary medicines. Shipments will be posted to a members’ residential address via registered airmail. Please ensure that your address information is correct as we cannot take responsibility for misdirected mail. 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Australia. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products to you resulting from either the member subscription process, or cart purchase.

The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, of the small percentage stopped, most orders are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. Australian residents can view importation and GST regulations HERE.

Purchases will be dispatched to the member from our Singapore distribution centre by registered airmail. Delivery time is normally 6 - 14 days.

By applying for membership to 40FYME Ltd, or ordering from our site, you are stating that you agree to the above paragraphs.

My Package Was Seized, Now What?

 

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to 40FYME International. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by 40FYME International, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again.

If the returned product was an annual supply of Vitamin D3, we will contact you and ask if you wish to cancel your membership to 40FYME Ltd. If you wish to cancel then your annual subscription will be refunded to you minus the shipping fees.

If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.

We hope you can understand the reasons that we cannot refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make every member happy! We do exactly as the member tells us to do, like any good company should. Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of what the laws are in your country.

Return Policy


40FYME Ltd offers a return policy on products ordered by our members that are classified as following:

-- Incorrect product

 In this case 40FYME International Ltd shipped you the wrong product.
- In the advent that the product shipped is not what was ordered, please visit our Contact Us page and notify Member Support, so that we can organise a replacement to be sent to you. Please note that you will need to identify yourself by supplying us with your 40fyME® membership number.
- The original product must be returned to us before we can replace it.
- Postal charges incurred in shipping products back to 40FYME Ltd will be credited to your account.

-- Faulty product

- In the event that the product you have received is faulty on receipt or develops a fault, please visit our Contact Us page and notify Member Support, so that we can organise a replacement to be sent to you. Please note that you will need to identify yourself by supplying us with your 40fyME® membership number.
- The original product must be returned to us before we can replace it.
- Postal charges incurred in shipping products back to 40FYME Ltd will be credited to your account.
 

Refund Policy

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of 40FYME Ltd, will be replaced at no additional charge to the member and any charges incurred in returning original shipped product back to 40FYME Ltd will be credited to your account.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we advertise on our website. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available, assuming that the backordered items will arrive to us with 14 days. If the backordered items will be out of stock for more than 14 days we will ship the products that we have to fulfil your order. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they arrive with no additional shipping charges to you.

Legal Notices

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim, which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with 40FYME Ltd, shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Australia.
